A key element of our Year 6 History curriculum, is the learning the Victorians; society at that time, the lives of children, technological advances and important people from that era who have had an impact on the lives of others. As an enrichment activity, packed with incidental learning, the children visit the Black Country Museum. This year’s class visited last week, and had a fantastic day, immersed in Victorian life and deepening their knowledge and understanding of the era and of the everyday lives of the people who lived then.
