On Wednesday this week a group of eight Year 5 children were invited to compete against other schools in a science challenge afternoon at the Royal Grammar School Worcester. Their STEM challenge was to build a crane that was fit to carry a chocolate creme egg. However, there were rules that they needed to adhere to in order to complete the challenge…the most tempting challenge was not to eat the chocolate egg!
Both teams had a fantastic time, learning new skills and were a credit to Holy Redeemer School.
