Year 4 Outdoor Learning: Stars

Last week in their outdoor learning session the children in Year 4 focussed on the Christmas Star, that led the shepherds and kings to Baby Jesus. They learnt how to tie different knots and attach sticks to each other to make triangles. By putting two triangles together they made stars, which they used to decorate Forest School and put on top of the Christmas trees that Reception Class had made earlier in the week.

Afterwards the children warmed up with some hot chocolate at Base Camp, and admired and evaluated everyone’s stars. Great job Everyone!
