Last week Year 4 took part in a School Games cricket festival at Pershore Cricket Club. It was a gloriously sunny day-perfect for cricket-and the children had a wonderful day. The young leaders from Pershore High did a great job of umpiring the matches and the children had a great opportunity to practise and hone the skills they’d been learning at school.
Thank you to Lisa Houghton, from School Games, for organising and running the event and to Mrs Andrews, Mrs Chatterton and Mrs Stewart for taking the class to the event.
