In their outdoor learning session Year 3 thought about their class book, Roald Dahl’s ‘The Minpins’. Each child designed their own Minpin character and modelled them out of clay, adding twigs, leaves and other small natural items found in the Forest School area. Working in small groups the children made up their own stories incorporating their characters, then enjoyed a mega story time at Base Camp, sharing their stories with each other. Fantastic learning Year 3!
