Year 3 are working on writing instructions. As a creative hook into this learning, the children had a go at making a model of a mammoth without any instructions, just working from a picture of the finished model. This really helped them to focus on what they needed to do and in what order. They produced some wonderful mammoths and are now ready to write their instructions so that other people can also make mammoths!
