Every Wednesday, Miss Taylor will be sharing an activity for you all to get involved with to support your mental health and wellbeing.

This week the focus of the activity is yoga, which is great for your physical and mental health. Some classes at school have regular yoga as part of their timetable and enjoy it! It is also a fun family activity to get involved with.
You might like to have a go at a Cosmic Kids yoga which is available free on YouTube. These are great 20-30 minute yoga routines that have a familiar theme or story that go alongside them.
