As part of Children’s Mental Health Week, we have been learning about how we can express ourselves creatively. This can help us to share our thoughts and feelings, which is important for our mental health. Doing something that we enjoy can also be therapeutic and help us to feel happier and relaxed.
How do you express yourself creatively? You might dance, sing, draw, write, paint… there are so many options! Choose something that you enjoy and shows your individuality. The children in school will be doing this in their classes and we would love everyone at home to get involved too.
Please send pictures or videos of your creativity so that we can share this with others and celebrate our individuality. Send these to Miss Taylor at ht66@holyredeemer.worcs.sch.uk.
Year 3 enjoyed playing The Squiggle Game today! Watch the video below for how to play. What can you create with a squiggle? Have fun!
