You are all super duper children! Follow the link below to hear the author of Super Duper You, Sophy Henn, read her wonderful book which thinks about how special individuals are.
In the second half of the video, Sophy, who is also the illustrator, shares step by step instructions for how to draw the main character of the story. Follow this and begin to draw this character but when you add the features (hair, eye colour, clothes) turn your drawing into you. Look at the front cover of the story. Can you add doodles and drawings that would show how super duper you are if you were on the front cover?
Think about your talents, gifts and things you enjoy (sports, music, baking…). I will be making a display in school with these so please send them to me so we can celebrate the super duper children at Holy Redeemer School.
