Last Friday was World Sleep Day and this is our focus for our Well-being Wednesday activity today. Sleep is so important for children and adults as it helps to keep us both physically and mentally healthy. Are you getting enough sleep?

Activity: Can you design a new blanket that includes ideas for having a good sleep? What do you do before bed time to make sure you sleep well? You could pick one idea to focus on or choose the ones you think are the most important. Remember to add colour and patterns to your blanket too!
