A team of girls took part in a netball fixture at Bowbrook yesterday. It was the first netball fixture of the year for the Under 9 girls and they displayed excellent skills, with fantastic passing and shooting. They worked well as a team moving into space and looking for a player to make a good pass.

The team won the game and then the players from both schools made up two mixed teams and played a second game. Everyone played very well and had great fun. We look forward to more fixtures!

Thank you to Mrs Annis and Mrs Porter for their fantastic coaching in lessons, and at netball club, and for arranging such great opportunities for the children.
