On Wednesday 14th March 2018 Stuart, from All Sorts of Performing Arts, came into school to take Key Stage One and Two for Street Dance workshops.
All the children enjoyed taking part in the sessions and said that they liked learning new moves and putting routines together. Take a look at some of them here:
Here is what some of the children said about the workshops:
“ I really liked that he encouraged us even if we did it wrong. Also the moves were fun and energetic which made me laugh and have a really good time”
“My favourite move is baby freeze. I also like how Street Dance is really funky and that you get to move around a lot.”
“I liked the freeze because I always like a challenge when I dance or in other sports.”
Stuart will also be running a Street Dance after school club for us after the Easter holiday. Keep an eye out for updates on what the children get up to in this. Thank you again for a brilliant morning!!
