Thank you to everyone who came along to our School/Parish mass on Saturday afternoon, especially those who took on roles such as reading, singing in the choir, greeting the congregation, taking up the offertory, or helping to set up/serve/clear away the board games and refreshments in the hall. Special thanks to Mrs Williams for organising everything and for practising the readers-they read so clearly and with such great expression that it made it easy for us all to hear God’s word. Thanks also to Mr Johnson for rehearsing with the choir and to Mrs Wallbank and Mrs Guppy, from the Parish, for playing for us. What a lovely celebration of our Catholic Social Teaching Principals of Family and Community and Dignity of Work.
