Holy Redeemer have been awarded with the Platinum Sports Award for 2023/24. The School Games Mark is a government-led awards scheme launched in 2012 to reward schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community. Participating in this process allows schools to evaluate their PE provision and assists them in developing an action plan for future progress. Platinum is the highest level that can be achieved, and this is a great achievement and reflects the accomplishments of all the children in a wide range of sports and the hard work and dedication of our PE staff, Mrs Annis and Mrs Porter, for providing such a range of high quality PE and sports teaching and opporunities for the children. The commitment and dedication to PE lessons, clubs, festivals and tournaments by both staff and pupils is outstanding. Well done to everyone involved and to Lisa Houghton for her continued hard work in encouraging us all to be active!
