Last week a large group of Year 5 and 6 boys and girls went to Prince Henry’s to compete against South Worcestershire primary and middle schools. The first ten children over the line in each of the four categories (Year 5 girls, Year 5 boys, Year 6 girls and Year 6 boys) go through to the regional event later in the year.
Well done to all our pupils who took part. It was a tough race over difficult terrain and all of our children finished the race. We did very well, getting 1st, 5th, 12th and 15th in the Year 6 girls category, 1st and 3rd in the Year 6 boys category and the Year 5 girls and boys top finishers coming in 14th and 10th places respectively. Those early morning running sessions have really paid off! Thank you Mrs Annis and your team of helpers!
