In class this week the children’s learning has been focussed around trains. They have also been working on learning number bonds to 10. Yesterday, at Forest School, the children combined the two by hunting for numbered trains and then pairing up with whoever had the corresponding number bond.
Afterwards they went on snail hunts, as the wet weather had brought lots of snails out, as well as all the usual ‘own learning’ favourites, like climbing and digging.
