To round off their half term’s Forest School sessions, Year 1 set off on a treasure hunt. Mrs Andrews had hidden chocolate coins all over Forest School and the children had to find one each. The adults were very impressed with their noticing skills and their perseverance and eventually everyone had found one!
When first arriving in Forest School the children noticed animal tracks in the snow and set about following them and trying to identify which animals had made each track.
Back at Base camp the children enjoyed eating their coins with a hot chocolate: lovely!
