On Friday mornings children have the option of joining our Forest School Leader, Mrs. Andrews, for outdoor fun and adventure at our dedicated Forest School area, at Pershore Horticultural College. All waterproofs and resources are provided; the children just need to bring their wellies and hats, and their imaginations!

This term we have had a lovely time experiencing all that the season of Autumn has to offer. We have had a great time learning about and identifying berries, seeds and plants found on our Forest School site. On windy days we watched leaves fall from the trees, and collected acorns, conkers and pine cones. On wet days we made a shelter and enjoyed a warm drink and enjoyed a story, snuggled up under the tarpaulin. On other days we made tree cookies, took log dogs for a walk round the wood, explored and played together, dug, rolled down slopes and painted with mud! We have had a lovely half term and look forward to more Forest Friday adventures in November.
