Pre-school: Seedings Room Round-up

Before we broke up for Easter, our youngest children enjoyed an Easter-themed week. They made their own Easter cards and practised their pencil control when mark making to ‘write’ their name in it.

In the tuff tray the children matched eggs that were the same, and we talked about what made the eggs the same or different.

Alongside these Easter-related activities, the children were very busy with lots of their regular favourites, like developing their motor skills by throwing and catching scarves, doing puzzles, playing with the dolls and cars, and roll play in the kitchen area.

To end the week, they enjoyed doing an Easter egg hunt with the older children in the outdoor learning area. What a lovely week!
