Last week, in Hopscotch, our youngest pupils had a dinosaur-themed week of learning. 

As well as listening to lots of stories and non fiction books about dinosaurs, the children enjoyed digging for dinosaurs and dinosaur eggs, in the sand tray. They were very excited to ‘hatch’ the eggs and see if they could find one that had their name letter inside.

In their creative sessions the children used dinosaurs, dipping them in paint, and making dinosaur footprints on paper. 

Puzzles are a great favourite at the moment, amongst our youngest children, so there was also plenty of time for choosing a puzzle to do, on their own or with a friend.
