Pre-school Christmas Craft Afternoon

Pre-school had a lot of fun this week at their Christmas Craft afternoon. Family members were invited in to join the children and staff, to listen to Christmas music and get involved in a range of craft activities designed to support the children’s creativity and fine motor skills. Activities on offer included decorating Christmas tree biscuits, colouring in Christmas mindfulness pictures, wrapping presents and making: salt dough heart Christmas tree decorations, snowman cards, Stand up 3D Christmas trees and reindeer food!

Thank you to Mrs Sanders and the pre-school staff for all of their hard work in preparing (and clearing up after) the event, and to our Year 6 prefects who came along and so expertly supported those children who didn’t have an adult with them; a great way to live out our Catholic Social Teaching principle of Family and Community, as well as fulfilling our school mission of growing in faith and love to become great people who make a difference in the world.
