Pershore Carnival

On Monday 30th May our school float took part in the procession for Pershore Carnival.  The theme of our float was ‘Circus Clowns’ and it had been decorated wonderfully by Mrs Breakwell, Mr.Lister, Mr. Hawtree and Mr. Hooper over the weekend.  All the children (and teachers too!) came dressed up in the brightest, most colourful, wackiest outfits they could create!  Everyone looked amazing!  Mr. Lister had created a song for everyone to sing during the procession and the clowns didn’t stop singing through the whole procession.  They sounded brilliant accompanied by drumming too!
Holy Redeemer is great fun, just like you see at the circus!
We love our school, it’s so cool… trump! trump! trump!
Holy Redeemer is great fun, just like you see at the circus!
Make a noise, girls and boys… trump! trump! trump!
Everyone had a fantastic time and the float was filled with the happiest looking clowns around!  The day got even better when we found out that our float had won ‘Best Motorised Float’ and ‘Best Overall Float’ too!  A huge congratulations to all the children and teachers involved, a wonderful success for our school.  Well done!
