During week 22nd June, the children in our Key Worker bubble have been on a virtual trip to the continent of AFRICA. They explored African patterns and created these on an outline of the continent. They also tried out paper weaving, to make some amazing mats, as well as researching African animals and creating posters about them. If that wasn’t enough, they learnt the call and response song “Kye, Kye, Kule”, which was very confidently led by some of our Year Two children who had learnt the song earlier in the year in their Music lessons with Mrs Hazelton. They also completed “wild workouts” with Andy from CBeebies and made masks.
Take a look at some of their fantastic work below:

Thomas and Daniel also led us in a collective worship all about what we are thankful for.

Phew!! That was another busy week. I wonder what we will be up to next week…??
