Year 2 were really impressed this week when a national under 12 gymnast visited. Alfie, who is beginning already to work towards his Level 1 gymnastic’s coaching certificate, planned and delivered a wonderful session, supported by Mrs Barker and Mrs Maclean. His demonstrations were excellent and really helped to move the children on in their learning. Alfie will continue to work with the Year 2s in their gymnastics for the rest of term and will be back towards the end of the Summer Term to support other classes and to perform a demonstration routine for the school. Thank you to Mrs Maclean for organinsing this wonderful opportunity, to Alfie for sharing his skills and to Bredon Hill Middle for releasing him on Monday afternoons.
