Thank you to Fr Amal, Mrs Williams and our Year 6 leavers, for a beautiful end of year mass. The Year 6’s led the service; reading confidently and clearly, serving on the altar, singing joyfully in the choir and sharing with the rest of the school community their chosen objects that symbolised their time at Holy Redeemer. They each read out a reflection that they had written, explaining the meaning behind the objects and thanking God for the things they had learnt, the gifts and talents that they had developed and the friends that they had made.

As a thank you for all that they have done for the school over the last seven years, especially this year, where they have given up so much of their time in service to others as part of being prefects and other leadership roles, Fr Amal presented them with a Romero Cross each. We with them much success and happiness as they move on to the next stage of their education.
