Last Friday we were treated to a wonderful concert put on by our Key Stage 2 musicians and their teachers. It was a fantastic showcase of their individual and group talent and gave the children a chance to perform in front of an audience. There were pieces from the School Band, who practise before school on Thursday mornings, as well as solos and duets from individual pupils. A wide range of instruments on offer within school were represented: violin, woodwind, piano and brass.
The children amazed us with their repertoire and skill, and it was wonderful to hear their teachers playing too.
