The best primary schools in the UK have been named in The Sunday Times’ 2025 Parent Power Guide, with Holy Redeemer the only one in Worcestershire, at 64th in England (out of 16,000 schools), and 5th in the West Midlands! Well done to all of the staff and pupils who work so hard to make Holy Redeemer such a thriving environment for children to flourish within and congratulations to last year’s Year 6 on some fantastic Sats results (86% reaching the required standard in Reading, Writing and Maths Combined, compared to 57% for Worcestershire and 61% Nationally).

The guide, recognised as the definitive ranking of the UK’s top primary and secondary, was published online on Friday, December 6, and compares schools by assessing their academic results (based on the percentage of pupils who achieved their expected grade in the 2024 SATs tests, looking at average SATs scores in English, grammar, and maths) and most recent inspection reports, to create an overall average to find the school’s position.
