Yesterday we had the third of this term’s Health and Well-being afternoons. A wide range of activities took place; all focussed on supporting the children’s health, fitness and mental well-being. Activities on offer included, dodgeball, PE beanbag games, mindfulness colouring and art, a creative DT session, a Thrive session, board games and designing, making (and eating) fruit kebabs. The children had a wonderful afternoon and learnt a lot about how to support their own health and well-being.
Thank you to all the staff who planned, or supported, the sessions. Special thanks to Mrs Annis for co-ordinating these fantastic afternoons.
