Rain definitely didn’t stop play this week for gardening club! Pupils, staff and volunteers used their time to make some environmentally friendly paper pots, in the classroom. It was very tricky, but the children followed the instructions, carefully folding their paper many times, and creating their own little square pot. They then used their pot to plant some giant red sunflower seeds inside the potting shed. Who said gardening can’t be fun in the rain?
