Once again this year the Eco Council are supporting the ‘Cut Your Carbon’ campaign. They are aiming to get across the message ‘say no to new’. They are asking parents to donate unwanted, good quality clothing that their children have grown out of, or just don’t wear any more. The Eco Council will then use the donations to run a pre-loved children’s clothes pop-up shop in the school hall, on Wednesday 13th December (1-3pm for the children, then open to parents from 3pm).
Please drop off any clothes that you are donating by Monday 11th December, to allow the School Council to sort them into ages groups before the day of the sale. Mrs Barker is especially keen to have some more donations of clothing for older children, as there were not many items last time, so please have a look through your wardrobes and drawers and send in what you can.
All items will be less than £1 to buy. If you would like your child to visit the sale during the afternoon, please send them in with a small amount of money, in a named purse or envelope.
