On the Friday before we broke up for Easter, the whole school went up to church to watch Year 6 perform their Holy Week drama, supported by Year 5 and the School Band.
It was a beautiful and very moving re-enactment of the events. The younger children were completely spellbound by the performance and the parents and parishioners who attended commented on the maturity and skill of the Year 6 performers (both their acting and singing).
Thank you to Mr Lister and Mrs Williams for working so hard to prepare the children for the performance and to Mrs Halliday and Mrs Clay for their hard work on the costumes.
