Hannah Escott, from the charity ‘Open Trail’, came into school today to work with some of our children and teach them how to ride a bike. The charity provided all the bicycles and helmets (as well as the instructor). She worked with a group of children from Years 3 to Year 6. It was fantastic to see their confidence grow as they became more skilled on a bike. By the end of the day everyone was riding around the playground with big smiles. What a wonderful life skill to have.
Thank you to Mrs Annis for organising this wonderful opportunity for the children and huge thanks to Open Trail and Hannah Escott!
