Earlier this term Mrs Brennan and Mrs Williams ran a Creation-themed art competition. The children were to choose a piece of scripture about any element of Creation and use this to inspire a piece of art that incorporated natural elements. Both teachers were amazed and impressed by the standard of the entries, and the depth of thought that had gone into them.

This week some of the Year 6 prefects took the entries up to church and put up a display so that they can be shared with the Parish, and will make a wonderful church decoration for this weekend’s School-Parish Harvest, and First Holy Communion Commitment, Mass.

Thank you to everyone who entered-what great talent we have in the school, and thank you to Mrs Brennan and Mrs Williams for running the competition. Winners will be announced in school next week!
