We were very honoured to be asked to lead the singing and reading at this year’s Deanery mass for deceased clergy. The mass was presided over by the Very Reverend Canon John Batthula, and co-concelebrated by priests from across the deanery, supported by many deacons.  It was a beautiful mass and the children’s exceptional reading and singing made a very impactful contribution to this.

When  the names of all of the deceased clergy were read out, we were able to say our own special prayers for the souls of Father Peter Jones, and Deacon Jim, who are still very much missed in our School and Parish community.
