The six Sports Councillors from Year 6, and two representatives from Year 5, went to Blessed Edward Oldcorne for Young Leadership training. They learnt how to lead simple games, which they can now carry out back at Holy Redeemer in lessons, play and lunch times

On Tuesday Year 6 took part in the Worcestershire Primary STEM Challenge competition. They began by discussing the roles of engineers across all aspects of society and were surprised by how many different engineering careers are available. They also discussed types of renewable energy. The

All year groups have now taken part in their own Sports Day. Everyone competed in standing long jump, bean bag throw, sprint, distance and relay events.   There was a great atmosphere, with fruit and stickers for everyone and medals for the top 3 finishers
