Holy Redeemer took two Team to the ESSA (English Schools Swimming Association) champrionships last week. Both teams swam very well with lovely technique, swimming a medley and a freestyle relay each. One team have qualified for the National School Swimming Finals in Sheffield in June,

The Year 5/6 girls netball team finished second at the RGS netball tournament, taking the silver medals. It was fantastic to see so many girls with such a good understanding of netball. So proud of all of them.

The Year 6 hockey team won the hockey tournament without conceding a single goal. They will go on to represent South Worcestershire in the Worcester Games later in the month. Two hockey coaches at the event were so impressed with the children’s skills. Well done

All of Year 6 spent an afternoon at RGS on Tuesday, learning a range of hockey skills and drills. Lots of fun had by all despite the rain. They all enjoyed a delicious biscuit after they had finished.

Holy Redeemer played in the Catholic football tournament at Winterfold on Friday. It was a great morning and the weather was lovely. Both teams displayed fantastic skills, determination, and team spirit. Both teams made the semi finals with neither team loosing a single game in

Holy Redeemer finished first at the Blessed Edward football tournament on Thursday. The whole team played so well and did not concede a single goal. It was fantastic to have David and Kian, two past pupils, coaching and working with our team.

Four children from Holy Redeemer qualified for the Worcestershire Games Finals in cross country yesterday. All four children gave an outstanding performance. Elizabeth finished 14th, and Rueben (11th just missing national qualification). Toby finished 1st and Tom 4th; both qualifying for National Cross country later
