Holy Redeemer had a fantastic day at Pershore Tennis Centre, it was great to play on tennis courts against other schools. We took two teams in the Under 9 festival and finished in 1st and 3rd place, qualifying for the Worcestershire Games Finals. The Under 11 team

A team of ten children took part in a tri golf festival at De Montfort High School. Everyone enjoyed the golf activities and finished 4th – just outside the medals. Thank you to Mrs Houghton for organising and running the event.

Before Easter Holy Redeemer took two teams to the Catholic Netball tournament at Blessed Edwards.   The Under 9 team won every match and came up against Winterfold in the final. It was a close game and at full time it was a 1:1 draw.

Year 4’s new history topic is Vikings. In their first lesson they found out about key events in the history of the Vikings and their relationship with Britain and ordered them on a timeline, before looking at how the Vikings’ timeline fitted into a world
