Some excellent cross country running results were achieved on what was a very cold and wet day yesterday, with 4 children qualifying for the regional cross country round by finishing in the top 6 in their category. The school finished 5th in the year 5

This morning a group of pupils, staff, parents and grandparents turned out, in the cold and the mist, to run round Abbey Park in aid of St. Richard’s Hospice, as part of their Rudolph Run. They had great fun running in Christmas jumpers and reindeer

The Year 5/6 Athletics team were outstanding at the indoor athletics tournament. There were 13 schools competing; many being far larger than us. The girls finished 5th and the boys were 1st, qualifying for the Worcestershire School Games Finals next year. The children showed great

It was a very proud moment last week, when Mrs hall, Mrs Porter and the Year 6 members of our Sports Council attended Simon DeMontford school to collect our third, consecutive Gold School Games Mark award. Previous School Games competitors, now turned professional, Edward Bragg

All of Year 2 took part in a gym festival today, organised by Blessed Edwards and held at the City of Worcester purpose built gym. The children got to use all of the gym equipment and had great fun.

Year 3/4 football team played a football match against Orchard Primary. They won 5:0 and played very well. Congratulations to the team (and the coaches!) and thank you to Cherry Orchard for hosting the match.

Congratulations to our Year 5/6 Boys and Girls athletics teams, who competed against other local Catholic schools, at the Blessed Edward’s tournament. The girls finished joint first and the boys first; which meant that they won the tournament overall. Well done; all of your before

Congratulations to the Year 3/4 hockey team, who competed last week in the South Worcestershire qualifier of the Sainsbury’s Youth Games. They won every game and came home wearing gold medals and carrying the cup. They will now go forward to represent South Worcestershire at
