In pre-school last week their chosen text was ‘There was an Old Lady’, a traditional tale that the children enjoyed learning about.  They used their phonic knowledge to try to orally segment animal words, and match initial sounds such as cat and cow.  Concept Cat

This week parents were invited in to pre-school to ice (and eat) heart shaped biscuits. The children showed off their pouring skills by pouring drinks of squash for the adults, and presented their mums with their Mothers’ Day gifts and cards. They were lovely sessions.
