Claire from St Richards Hospice gave a thank you assembly at Holy Redeemer and showed the children where the money they had raised would go. The Year 6 Sports Council presented her with £500 raised at our Rudolph Christmas Run.

This morning a group of pupils, staff, parents and grandparents turned out, in the cold and the mist, to run round Abbey Park in aid of St. Richard’s Hospice, as part of their Rudolph Run. They had great fun running in Christmas jumpers and reindeer

The Year 5/6 Athletics team were outstanding at the indoor athletics tournament. There were 13 schools competing; many being far larger than us. The girls finished 5th and the boys were 1st, qualifying for the Worcestershire School Games Finals next year. The children showed great

All week Year 6 have been campaigning in school on behalf of their chosen representatives. There were candidates from the Green Party, the Labour Party, the Conservative Part and the Liberal Democrats. Their campaign teams designed posters and rosettes, which could be seen all around
