During SATs week we took a team of Year 5s and 6s to Bowbrook School to take part in their annual athletics tournament. The events included sprints, replays, long jump, high jump, and javelin and we competed in all girls’ and boys’ events. It was a great way to relax and blow off steam after a morning of tests. The team put in some amazing individual and group performances and won the event, bringing home the shield for the third time in four years. Well everyone and special thanks to Mrs Annis for her fantastic coaching!
