Next weekend Father Amal and Holy Redeemer Parish will honour Bambinelli Sunday by blessing the Baby Jesus figure from family cribs. All families are invited to come along, with their Jesus figure, or with homemade Baby Jesus figures that their children have made. Traditionally the children in the family bring their baby Jesus figure (carried by the youngest child) up to the altar for a blessing. This will be done at the end of each of the Parish masses this weekend-Saturday 10th December at 4pm, and Sunday 11th December at 9am.
As this Saturday’s mass is a School-Parish mass, there will also be Christmas singing and mince pies in the Parish Hall afterwards. Please come and join us.
