This week’s charity fundraising event, led by the Values Council, was the CAFOD Big Lent Walk. Each class went on a walk around Pershore, with the children bringing in 50p to take part. There were lots of lovely walks taken and enjoyed, especially by Reception

In their science lesson today Year 6 made shadow puppets and wrote and performed short plays for the rest of the class, as part of their learning about light. As they are reading Harry Potter as their class book as a hook, their shadow puppet

This week parents were invited in to pre-school to ice (and eat) heart shaped biscuits. The children showed off their pouring skills by pouring drinks of squash for the adults, and presented their mums with their Mothers’ Day gifts and cards. They were lovely sessions.

Last week Reception Class visited the garden centre at Pershore College to find out more about plants. They really enjoyed exploring and finding new plants that they hadn’t seen before as well as choosing some seeds to buy and bring back to school to grow.
