Year 6 had an action-packed few days of fun at Alton Castle this week, taking part in a range of activities such as: biking, nightline (following a rope through the woods-blindfolded), tour of the castle and grounds, trekking, archery, low ropes course, archery, Bible bingo and team building games. There were also beautiful moments of reflection and prayer and opportunities to think about the theme of their retreat, which is ‘follow’ – and about how they can follow Jesus, and what that means to them.
Thank you to the staff who went with the children, and also to Alton Castle for a fantastic retreat.
