The children settled in well at Alton Castle yesterday, and had a very busy, but enjoyable, first day. One group had the opportunity to hone their survival skills; another went trekking through the beautiful valley and the final group completed the low ropes course.  Miss Russell said that they finished the evening with a lovely reflection.
